standards. Standards may include well defined guarantees and

- Website must have Reasonable contact methods. Contact may
include Phone, Chat, Email or all. Responsiveness will be
verified initially and spot checked thereafter.
- ISL will verify the legitimacy of the website, its owners
and operators. Shell corporations, shell Websites, or false
fronts are not allowed.
- Website must
agree to ISL code of conduct. ISL standards prohibit the following but not
limited to: spamming, inflated or false claims, illegal products or
services,
misuse of children, excessive popups, and tricky
business practices.
- No Website featuring adult oriented sexual
themes or images.
- ISL will check for obvious security
violations that could jeopardize the
security of clients. ISL will also check Security ID and perform an ISL identity-theft
check.
- Website cannot be blacklisted in Open Relay Blackhole Zones or
similar abuse lists.
- Site must maintain a certain level of professionalism,
generally free of broken
links, with reasonable ease of navigation and function while
adhering to basic 3W Internet rules.
- Merchant must accept our mystery shoppers and our
commitment to continued excellence.
